Our sales process

Your dream deck starts with a visit to your home — where we listen, plan, and explore ideas together. We’ll take detailed measurements and walk you through all your material and design options to create a plan that fits your vision and budget. To help you make confident decisions, we bring 54 decking samples and two railing displays right to your door, so you can see and feel the options in your own space. The visit takes about 45 minutes, and within a few days, we’ll follow up with a clear, detailed quote — thoughtfully prepared to reflect everything we discussed.

Construction Process

We know your home is important to you — and we treat it that way. Most deck projects are completed in just two to three weeks, with careful attention to quality and detail every step of the way. To stay efficient and organized, we often leave our tool trailer on-site throughout the project. If you have garage space available, it’s a great way to keep materials and tools protected from the elements. We take job site cleanliness seriously. Each day ends with a full cleanup: tools packed away, trash removed, and everything left safe and tidy. Once your new deck is complete, we do a thorough sweep for nails and debris — so the only thing left behind is your beautiful new outdoor space.
